Step inside and join us for Open Doors, our annual community event welcoming local audiences for a day of pure dance energy! We're throwing open our doors to celebrate all things dance with a packed programme of performances, workshops, and the chance to join in on the fun.
Highlights of the Day
Performances: Watch incredible showcases from youth street dance groups, including Breakin' Free and Bonkerz. You'll also see displays from Anonymous Morris, and local artist Dave Young returns with his Sound Beam combining laser beams, movement and music. And don't miss the show-stopping Flash Mob Finale!
Dance Workshop with Jazz Gritt: In the morning, join Jazz Gritt for a high-energy workshop where you'll learn a dance routine and get the chance to star in the evening's finale performance.
Ballroom & Latin Workshop with Lawrence James: In the afternoon, get your 'Strictly' on and join Lawrence for an introduction to Ballroom & Latin dances styles.

At our Open Doors event, we run the programme on a pay-what-you-can basis. We believe that dance should be accessible and open to all. Tickets are set with a recommended price of £10, with pay what you can options at £5 and £1.
