Day 1:

Arrive in the resort and choose from clifftop spa hotels with panoramic views of our stunning coastline or pick something closer to the heart of the town, overlooking our historic gardens. Check into your room and dive straight into the water – our spa hotels feature heated indoor pools to soothe away the stresses and strains of everyday life.

Many of our hotels offer lunch as part of your spa package so once you’ve had a bite to eat and maybe even a sneaky glass of bubbly, walk it off with a stroll along the picturesque promenade or through our grade II listed gardens in the centre of the resort.

You’ll be able to dine in your chosen hotel but if you fancy a special treat, you’ll find hundreds of restaurants around the town, including award winning cuisine and international dining.

Day 2:

Wake up to the sound of the waves gently lapping on the shore and start your day with a beautiful walk along our shoreline with breathtaking views of the Jurassic Coastline and the Isle of Wight. Or, if it’s raining outside, many of our spas have gyms or fitness centres so you can get your blood pumping while you stay dry and sheltered.

You can upgrade your spa break package to include treatments and choose from a wide range of massages and beauty therapies on offer across the resort.

Some spa packages include afternoon tea so you can take a break from healthy living and indulge in a scone with jam and cream!

Finish your break with the ultimate therapeutic experience – walk a short distance into the town centre and treat yourself in our boutiques, designer shops and department stores.
