Bournemouth loves to work out and stay healthy! In addition to seven stunning miles of beaches to enjoy walking, cycling and running, we’re lucky to have an abundance of leisure centres offering many different sports facilities and fitness classes.
Our sports centres bring local communities together with organised activities such as cycle rides and free health walks. They also offer support services, handing out advice about personal training, as well as general health and fitness. They help people to manage diabetes, hypertension, weight, cardiovascular disease, cancer, neuro-muscular conditions, mental illness and emotional stress. They can also aid recovery from injuries making Bournemouth an even healthier and happier place.
