To the east of Bournemouth is the market town of Christchurch. With its unique location where the Stour and Avon rivers meet, it boasts another spectacular natural harbour. The town welcomes visitors with a bustling high street, riverside walks, and an 11th-century priory, as well as a variety of attractions and activities.
Christchurch is also the gateway to Hampshire and the New Forest. Get to grips with wildlife and the great outdoors along miles of coastal wetland and shingle beaches en route to the city of Southampton.
