November in Bournemouth brings crisp days to wrap up warm for a walk along some of the 15 miles of iconic seafront.
If you’re after an activity that is suitable for the whole family and full of inspiration that benefits both mind and body, then these walks in and around Bournemouth in Dorset are ideal. And what’s more, they don’t cost a penny.
With Bonfire night this month, we’ll keep you posted on any public events and displays – just follow us on our channels to find out more as event information is released.
Poole Quay, just along the coast, has confirmed that it will play host to a free family event and firework display. The Quay is a lovely place to linger, with a plethora of eateries and an eclectic mix of shops in the Old High Street just one road back.
Enjoy a spectacular Christmas tree trail, enchanting illuminations and seasonal family fun at Bournemouth Christmas Tree Wonderland - returning for another year! 🎅
Christmas Tree Wonderland opens on 15 November 2024 and runs until 31 December 2024. The illuminations are free to visit - no tickets to purchase and you can enter the spectacular site from several points. Our favourite is to enter via the Bournemouth Square, having taken some time to enjoy the atmosphere and pleasures of the Christmas Market of course!
If indoors activities are needed, find something for all the family at BH2; situated alongside the Lower Gardens offering ‘food film and fun’! As well as an excellent choice of eateries, there’s family fun at the Odeon cinema and at Mr Mulligans you will find a unique and exciting indoor adventure golf venue!
If you're looking for a great night out, with a live show or music, we’re delighted to have a great selection here in Bournemouth at the BIC.
