The Venue

The PierView Room is a unique private hire venue located in a spectacular position, right on the beach front at Boscombe, with stunning sea views and perfect for social and professional gatherings. Whether you wish to celebrate a loved one’s significant birthday, host a summer party to herald the end of the school year, or wish to utilise a spacious and well-lit area for a teambuilding or corporate networking event, this truly is a multi-purpose space.

In the spring and summer time, when sunlight fills the room from dawn until dusk, this makes it a great place to spend a morning with colleagues, perfect for when you wish to take your staff away from the office environment to a more natural and relaxed location to bring forward new ideas from your team.

Alternatively, as the sunlight begins to fade and autumn is in the air, PierView is the ideal place for a family gathering to celebrate a wedding reception or maybe even simply to reconnect with old and distant friends. With forty chairs and nine well-kept tables provided in the venue hire fee, it is your choice how you wish to utilise the well-designed and configured space.

If you wish to hold a client networking event at PierView, you can leave the tables in place and try out a speed dating format, ensuring that your clients move around the room and make the most of the opportunity to work with industry professionals. Or, maybe you wish to hold a disco-themed birthday party and just need the space to let your hair down and throw out your best dance moves.

With a well organised food preparation and distribution area, PierView also provides the facilities you will need to ensure your guests, friends, colleagues, and whoever you wish to share this space with can enjoy a decent selection of whatever food and drink you wish to provide. 

The PierView Room is hired on a self-catering basis; bring your own drinks and prepared food and we’ll do the rest! However, we can also supply you with a cold buffet option for your event. Alternatively, the Prom Diner, situated next door to us, offers hot & cold drinks, hot food, and snacks for purchase. On proof of your booking at the PierView Room, guests are entitled to 10% off when the diner is open.

Availability: All year round, weekdays, weekends, and public holidays between 9am to 12 midnight (Friday, Saturday & Sunday only)

How to book

Call us on 07557 150321. 

Payment: we will send you an invoice via email, which must be paid within seven days to confirm the booking.

Cancellations or changes to the booking will incur a 20% administration charge, no refunds will be made if less than one month's notice is given when cancelling a booking.
