We’re driving local tourism recovery, by partnering with Tourism Exchange GB (TXGB).
TXGB is a digital marketplace, brought to you by VisitEngland. It offers tourism businesses the opportunity to sell tickets directly through our websites at the low commission of 2.5%.
TXGB allows for us to sell tickets directly on our website(s) and on your tourism landing page(s). This means that we can directly convert the traffic that our websites receive that we couldn’t before.
You can also make your own website bookable, if it isn’t already. It also gives us the opportunity to feature your product(s) in our bookable campaigns and itineraries.
TXGB offers the opportunity to dramatically improve your online ticket margins.
Many businesses rely on distributors that charge extremely high commissions. TXGB charge a 2.5% transaction fee and only when a sale is made.
Opt into a selection of low commission distributors, many of which charge 0% such as BCP Tourism and Visit Dorset. To sell via our websites will cost you no more than 2.5% per sale.
TXGB is growing a reputation as a low risk, high reward solution for tourism businesses selling online.

Improved cash flow
TXGB sales are facilitated by Stripe, which means that the money from a sale will appears in your bank account straight away. All commission is paid via direct debit the month after you have received payment.
Cheap and easy set up
TXGB is free to sign up to with a small commission taken only when you make a sale.
There is a 2.5% booking fee to TXGB for facilitating the transaction and BCP Tourism have agreed to take 0% to keep costs as affordable as possible.
Reinvest in your industry and local tourism recovery
The commission taken by TXGB goes straight back into maintaining the service for tourism businesses, meaning by using TXGB you are actively supporting the recovery of our industry.
As businesses reopen post-Covid, we are investing in bringing visitors back to Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole. We will be driving visitors to our website through our own activity and campaigns. We want it to be as easy as possible for visitors to look and then book. By selling your product on our official tourism websites you’re front and centre stage of our recovery campaign.
