Bournemouth 8-bedroom detached luxury house near the sea.
Located on a quiet tree-lined road in Bournemouth, minutes from a Blue Flag sandy beach, Harewood Haven is a detached 1930’s spacious house, sensitively refurbished to a high-end luxury standard. Occupying a corner plot, the house is on 3 floors. A gated driveway offers off road parking for up to 7 cars.
Harewood Haven is available for let to groups of up to 28 people, offering 8 double bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, 2 of which are ensuite. The house has a ground floor shower room and toilet facilities. It also has an optional beauty treatment room. Additional beds can be added to each bedroom taking the capacity to 28.

16 rooms over 3 floors. Ground floor = 100+ sq. meters. 1st Floor = 100+ square meters; 2nd floor: 30+ more square meters. Total space within house = 230+ square meters.

Pocket sprung mattresses. Freshly laundered white 100% cotton bed linen and towels.
High degree of privacy within house due to excellent soundproofing.

Double Belfast sink, 2 separate gas hobs (5 burner and a 4 burner), 2 full-size digital eye level ovens, microwave, Bosch dishwasher, American Fridge freezer with ice machine & 2 oven hood extractor fans.
Serving: Enough cutlery & crockery for up to 28 guests.
Drinks: Champagne glasses, wine glasses & soda glasses for up to 28 guests.
Tea/ coffee: White coffee and tea cups for up to 28 guests.
Cooking: Enough ovenware, pots and pans etc for large family groups looking to cook themselves for the entire family.
Also includes: 2 toasters that can toast 8 slices of bread at a time, coffee machine & 2 kettles.
Private chef: The option is available to have a private chef make your weekend that bit more special.

5 bathrooms and a cloakroom toilet: Mixer showers. Floor to ceiling tiles. Brand new & high-end central heating system. House does not get cold and showers will not run out of hot water; (2 of the bedrooms have ensuite facilities)

Check-in time: We try to be as flexible as we can with guest check-in times. Please tell us what times suit you, and we will do our absolute best to accommodate. If we do not have guests staying the night before, then guests may be able to do an early check-in. Otherwise, standard check-in time is from 3:30 pm.
Check out time: 10:30 am.
