Founded in 2021, Who Dares Gyms is the first ever UK beach training hub, combining functional fitness and traditional CrossFit exercise with military mindset training. All of this is situated on the beautiful coastline of Bournemouth Beach.
This revolutionary training experience will be back once again for its fourth season in Summer 2024. From our Bournemouth Beach HQ, we will help you to elevate your training routine. Our pros have Royal Marine and Special Forces experience, which allows them to deliver elite corporate team building and much more.
With morning and evening boot camps, regular games events, yoga classes, educational lectures, and Special Forces Mindset workshops all available, we offer more than your typical gym membership. We invite you to be a part of a community from which anyone can benefit, no matter their background or fitness ability.
