There’s a line-up of more than 30 activities for all ages and levels of fitness waiting for you, the half term holidays will simply fly by – the problem will be cramming it all in!
Take your pick from instructor led sessions in volleyball, bouldering, slacklining or snorkelling. Or book a court for the whole family just £12 an hour and thrash them all at beach tennis or volleyball, or why not challenge friends to a football or touch rugby game?
And best news of all, there’s no need to break the bank – plenty of options are completely free – scale the boulders beside Boscombe Pier, smash your opponent at table tennis and swing ball, test you balance skills at slacklining, or compose a tune on Pier’s musical trail. If you’re keen to tone up or shed a few pounds, the 16-gym ‘buddy’ outdoor trail runs the entire length of the Park, designed to give a full-body work-out. With its stunning seafront views, it’s perfect before or after work, and it sure beats paying gym fees!

Of course, there’s plenty of fun for adults too. Start the day with beach yoga or a fitness session, join in a guided walk or spend the day fishing with friends. There’s open water swimming sessions, Buggyfit for mums, biathlon training and much more taking place throughout the summer.
